How to extend loan repayment period on Kwara core.

If a member needs more time to repay their loan, you can easily extend the repayment period through the Reschedule feature on Kwara Core. Follow the steps below to complete this process:

 Step-by-Step Guide:

1.Log in to Kwara Core with your credentials.

2.Navigate to the specific loan account that needs the extension.

3.On the top-right corner, click on the More button.

4.From the dropdown, select Reschedule.

5.In the "What do you want to reschedule?" field, choose:

 Extend Repayment Period

6.Under the "Extra Repayment Terms" field, enter the number of additional repayments you want to add (e.g., 3).

7.In the Notes field, write something like:

Extend repayment period

8.Click Next until you reach the Preview Loan Reschedule screen.

9.Review the details, then click Submit.

10.After submitting, go back to More and click Approve Reschedule.

11.Review the overview, click Next, then Approve.
